Full Stack Web Developer

- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
- Testing and evaluating new programs
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Determining operational practicality
- Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Training users
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts

Requirements:
- Working in office in Makati city
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or other computer programming degree
- Solid understanding of English language, verbal and written
- Proactive, confident working with others to set priorities across competing projects and tasks
- Capable working alone, as part of a team, and on multiple, concurrent projects
- Some resources, especially the more senior ones, will need to participate in meetings or respond to e-mail during the clients’ working day, which will be in various time zones, including US time zones
- Preferred experience with a spatial database: PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, MS SQL Spatial, etc.
- Preferred experience in either utilities or telecom industries
- Programming experience both in JavaScript and Python.
