Job Description:
Anytime Mailbox is growing and we have an immediate opening for an HR Recruiter to help with our growth phase. This position is for someone who has exceptional verbal and writing skills and can multitask, has strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and works under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge recruiting using multiple platforms to find the best candidates for the entire organization including software development, marketing and customer support.

Job Requirements:
Job hours are from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday Pacific Standard Time (PST)
3-5 years of experience as an HR recruiter
Experience sourcing and hiring IT staff, customer support and marketing teams.
Experience in reviewing resumes, interviewing and sourcing Upgrade to see actual infopetency-based interview skills are a plus.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving Upgrade to see actual infoticulous attention to detail
Highly articulate in conversational and written English
Works directly with upper management including executive team
Strong ability to resolve problems quickly.

Other Requirements:
Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
Latest-model computer (preferably Core i3 or higher, and at least 8GB ram)
Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working.
Quiet workspace
Good quality noise-canceling headset for meetings with managers and executive team


Responsibilities:
Recruit potential employees by creating job postings, reviewing resumes, initial interviews, performing background checks and sending offer letters.
Assist with internal HR related inquiry and requests
Assist all the onboarding process
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
Work with managers and the company trainer to make sure employees are being properly trained.
Make sure all employee reviews are met at each target date
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Support other projects as assigned


Salary and Benefits:Upgrade to see actual infoPHP hourly rate
Work remotely from home.
Hourly rate (40 hours minimum/week, possibly more depending on need and management approval)
Year-end Incentive
