(Experienced) E-commerce team Manager (Shopee, Lazada etc)

***For this job role it is mandatory to have E-commerce experience and also manager job role experience***
***For e-commerce experience it should be SEA platform(eg.shopee, lazada etc) and store must have more than 30 orders per day on average***

You're applying for an expansion role in our fast growing team of VAs to scale e-commerce in South East Asia. You will be managing a growing team of VAs. Currently we have 4 staffs but we are expecting you to handle around 7 people directly.


We are an e-commerce company with 2 HQs (S.Korea/Singapore). We founded the company in 2020 and grew our business with a target focus on Singapore. We are now we are in phase 2 of our expansion of our business to Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and rest of South East Asia. We are focusing on key marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada/Others) and play in the Health & Beauty Upgrade to see actual info this role, you must know and understand Shopee & Lazada as a merchant (not as a customer). Our business is growing quite rapidly so we are looking for colleagues who want to grow together with our business!

The main tasks we need completed are:
- Manage other VAs for below tasks and make sure project timeline is fulfilled
- Tracking of competitor’s pricing and make analysis reports
- Check our ads and sales performance
- Reply 100% customer’s chat inquiries within stipulated time frame.
- Organize and follow up cases by calling or emailing e-commerce platform (eg. Refund/Return, complain, fraud )
- List new products on our online stores in multi-platforms (This requires basic photo editing skills as well as product research skills )
- Management of our customer reviews, customer service recovery
- Ad-Hoc service requests with merchants, follow up
- (Preferable) Previous managerial experience is required.
