Hypothyroid Body Transformation is an innovative, dynamic, and rapidly growing online health company based in Sydney, Australia with over 50 employees across the world. Our business provides a 26-week online weight loss program to women who struggle to lose weight.


THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity opening for a talented Junior Digital Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to increase revenue and have a history of strong SUR working with Facebook Ads and other social platforms. As a Junior Digital Marketing Associate, you will implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies for our business.

You MUST be available to work up to 40 hours per week (Sydney Time)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Basic Photo and Video Editing
• Generating leads using Facebook Ads Manager
• Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing campaigns
• Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads
• Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
• Integration troubleshooting between platforms
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to
keep us ahead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum of 1-year previous experience successfully running Facebook ads
• Experience with Zapier, Manychat, HubSpot, and Active Campaign
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
• Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Knowledge of trends on marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google
AdWords and Bing Ads), retargeting, and paid social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat)
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker
• Proactive & Can-Do Attitude with a keen Eye for Details

• Backup internet like Prepaid Wi-Fi (Either Globe or Smart)
• Area of residence should be proximate to coffee shops and/or co-working spaces

At present we are looking for a reliable and committed full-time virtual employee to start immediately.

Salary starts at $800 USD per month + Bonuses Depending on Performance
