Morfyus League is a metaverse company focused on enabling those in need to monetise and make a living in the metaverse. Our mission is to bridge the metaverse one individual at a time and help others to thrive in the metaverse from day 1 to infinitum. Using our platform powered by the blockchain we eliminate borders and provide technology, tools, and education to citizens in developing nations around the world to help them succeed both in the metaverse and the real world. We are currently hiring a Community Manager who will be responsible for creating strategies to foster a strong Upgrade to see actual infomunity Manager duties and responsibilities
? Defining and developing a community management strategy
? Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums such as Discord.
? Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
? Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
? Creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
? Respond to members in a timely manner
? Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews in various channels
? Organize and manage events (e.g. AMAs) to boost brand awareness
? Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
? Liaise with Scholar Management and Gaming Operations departments
? Build relationships with members, industry professionals and journalists
? Stay up-to-date with Metaverse, Play to Earn, Blockchain and other digital technology trends
? Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels

Key Requirements
? 3 or more years of proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
? Working Knowledge in Discord
? Knowledgeable about play to earn, metaverse, crypto and blockchain
? Experience planning and leading community initiatives
? Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
? Excellent verbal communication skills
? Excellent writing skills
? Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
? Hands on experience with social media management
? Ability to interpret website traffic
? Knowledge of online marketing
? Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
? BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
