About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to help service and grow our clients. You will understand customers’ current challenges in order to help accelerate growing their business. This role is essential to our goal of providing our clients with the best possible experience and ensuring their long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Think creatively, meet, and collaborate with clients to discuss and identify their digital marketing goals and needs.
- Act as the link between the client and Dineline by maintaining regular contact and ensuring effective communication flow
- Manage communication with clients and clearly communicate client requests using Dineline’s software.
- Create and coordinate client reports and marketing plans
- Work with the Dineline team and customers to define digital advertising plans and objectives and ensure that expectations are met
- Assist other tea
- Issuing of daily status reports, timelines and other reporting tools
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience working in challenging, customer-facing roles, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS industry or hospitality.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment; highly collaborative
