A well-qualified candidate will require little to no instruction and will be a self-driven problem solver. Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with well-written English, tech-savvy, and a fast typist with an eye for detail. He will be responsible for automating systems that can draw together information from different sources specially focused around Amazon. He will need to work with a variety of networks to create systems that can collect, manage, and convert data into usable information for peers and analysts to interpret.

What will you do:
• In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing key metrics about our business and its performance, which you will use to generate insights and reports for marketing, logistics, and overall future strategy.
• Our candidate would be responsible for the collection and analysis of performance metrics and account health of our e-commerce systems mainly those presented through Amazon Seller Central.
• You will identify key areas for improvement in our systems, such as conversions, average order value, returns rate, and percentage of repeat customers vs. first time buyers.
• The candidate selected will need to have experience working with Amazon and understand their terminology to be successful in this venture.
• You will be responsible for retrieving and compiling data files for other departments and staff.
• Use alphabetic and numerical systems to organize electronic records.
• Your duties will include resolving processing errors and achieving our organization's goals by completing any additional necessary tasks.

What you will need:
• Previous experience in Data Entry and Amazon Seller Central account health management
• Excellent working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (Office Suite, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with well written English.
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a constantly changing work environment that is continuously evolving.
• A proactive can-do attitude with the motivation of a self-starter
• A problem-solving mindset
• The ability to successfully manage a complete system with minimal supervision and training.
