We are opening a unique opportunity at Tech Circus for an outgoing, hard-working Community Manager, to lead the growth of our Tech Unchained community.
This exciting role will redefine our community, building a team of community evangelists and executing impactful initiatives with the community. Your main goal is to deliver a thriving platform, centred around knowledge and network sharing in the emerging Web 3.0 ecosystem.
Built around our existing event offering of both global online and IRL events in London, spanning NFTs, Defi, dCommerce, Blockchain Gaming and the emerging Metaverse, you will be working directly with the leaders paving the way. Tech Circus are on a mission to introduce leading industry insights and innovative applications directly from those pioneering the way, bridging this to a global community of industry professionals spanning traditional technology and Web 3.0.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the Tech Unchained
- Managing and growing our community via
- Work with our marketing and design team to communicate our brand mission through our platform and content design, personalising the platform around the needs of our community.
- Effectively implement a tiered strategy of access, identifying different roles, as well as integrating our “proof of attendance” tokens and Tech Circus Membership NFT (TBA) into the
- Identify all community channels - accounting for our own event areas, but also through surveys and polls from suggestions of our community
- Establish and motivate a community of
- Map appropriate and cutting edge bots to engage and moderate the community, with a focus on optimising the user experience. Feed reports on the statistics and platform engagement, as well as paid initiatives directly into the wider marketing strategy.
-Liaising with internal Content and Partnership teams to establish a steady calendar of exciting events, guest interviews, discussions, news and partner competitions to feed into the appropriate channels.

- Work reactively, delivering competitions, leaderboards, games, discounts and exclusive content that ensure the continued growth of the community.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of large community management, and/or other relevant experience in a professional capacity.
- Proven track record in creating, growing, managing and engaging communities - Telegram,
- Provel leadership skills - will need to effectively lead a team of evangelists independently.
- A keen interest in emerging technology is a must - Blockchain/NFTs/Metaverse/Decentralisation/AI/XR

- Tenacity to grow a complex community system with many moving parts.
- Fluent English spoken/written (other languages a +)
