We have a really unique opportunity for a very special individual to be part of an outstanding team. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to begin helping us coordinate different activities for our Book Publishing Business and Digital Marketing activities. This is for a “Full-Time” Long Term position in our company with great career and learning opportunities.

We intend to fully train you on the tasks needed, but having experience and skill is definitely preferred and will make things much easier.

Permanent full-time (40hr/week) position
*KEY SKILLS AND VALUES REQUIRED*

• Excellent English speaker (written and verbal)
• Digital acumen (keeping an online calendar, taking screenshots, recording your screen, uploading video; if you consider any of the above tasks technical or complicated, please DO NOT apply).
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize
• Ability to clearly follow instructions (whether written or recorded)
• High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• 1+ years of experience working remotely
• Positive attitude and a desire to work with a fun, high-spirited team
- Paid Bi-weekly through either Paypal or Transferwise
- Performance bonuses for great work
- Pay raises awarded based on performance

Some example tasks/responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through
2. CRM Management
3. Data Entry Tasks
4. Webinars co-ordination and Answering customer queries
5. Assisting with a variety of social media tasks
6. Ad Hoc varied Day to Day Business Support tasks
This is a full-time position (from 6 to 8 hours per day) - Mondays to Fridays, 9am PST - 5pm PST.
