Lead Generation Specialists

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and personable outreach lead generation specialists. We are looking for talented individuals who can consult with leads about our services, and set appointments.

The role of a lead generation professional is pivotal to the sales process, as lead generators are ultimately responsible for identifying people who are potentially interested in a company's offerings. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers through cold-calling, email marketing and social media campaigns as well.


Duties and Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting
Cold email marketing
Cold calling
Nurturing prospective clients
Maintain a full pipeline of leads
Contributing to team discussions on sales strategy
Go to various websites to efficiently scrape data
Qualifying prospects according to a specific criteria
Researching profile & inputting data into a database

Requirements
Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal.
Preferably experienced in cold calling and appointment settings.
Ability to follow instructions, and adhere to processes and policies.
Must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivated and eager to take on any challenge thrown your way
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Energetic with a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm and collected
