Be Part of a Leadership Team at USA Real Estate Company!

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to work full-time that will help the leadership team and is willing to grow with us. This role is will have some daily/weekly tasks that don’t change and many tasks that require fast thinking and the ability to figure it out.
Manage an organizational Calendar
Manage real estate leads across multiple databases
Be comfortable receiving incoming phone calls for the company
Create and monitor an email marketing campaign
Create marketing items for print
Manage social media account
What you must have:
* Excellent interpersonal skills -- must be able to communicate to individuals on all levels;
* Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills;
* Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
* Proven multi-tasking ability, especially with multiple high-priority tasks;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and learner's mindset (asks questions, gives feedback, clarifies potential issues, etc.);
* Ability to independently figure out problems that arise before seeking out help;
* Capacity to adapt to changing environments, directions and priorities;
* Comfortable in working through tasks via electronic means (email, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.);
* Capability to work independently and with a team;
* Exceptional work ethic;
* Working knowledge of Google Drive;
* Modern computer, redundant high speed internet connections, headset, and webcam
* Apple iMessage through iPhone/iMac preferred.
