This role is a Human Resources / Virtual Assistant role.
Job Duties:
- Human Resources duties including:
- Screening job candidates
- Assessing the skills of job candidates
- Moving job candidates through the hiring process
- Other Virtual Assistant tasks:
- This role will be combined with another Virtual Assistant role depending on the skills of the candidate. The Virtual Assistant could also do a VA article/content writing role or a sales role. (The Company doesn't have a full-time Human Resources role so the Human Resources function will be combined with another function to create a full-time job role.)

Desired Skills / Experience:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Spreadsheet skills, typing skills
- Solid writing skills (English) and proofreading skills (ie. proofing items submitted by job applicants)
- A strong attention to detail
- Prior skills in Human Resources / Hiring is a plus
