Virtual Assistant - approximately 10 hours per week

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Virtual Assistant to join a reputable Data Analytics company for approximately 10 hours per week on a rolling contract basis.

Being a VA means that the tasks are often Upgrade to see actual info is important that you are someone that is happy to pick up something that is new to you and enjoy the experience, giving your best and integrating with our systems. We are seeking a skilled Analyst with a commercial sense and a true passion for data and analytics. Projects could be small or large, and examples might be - admin support, calling clients, producing a suite of scalable reports for different business functions, looking at opportunities of growth across existing brands, or delivering ad hoc analysis and data requests from stakeholders across Ommexa.

Duties:

* Preparing presentations and pitches using various IT packages
* Provide support on data intensive projects and analysis
* Advanced Excel skills, including an in-depth understanding of Index Match, pivot tables, and V Look Ups.
* A keen eye for detail and comprehensive analytical skills.
* Creating and distributing subcontractor invoices and payment advice.
* Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI software beneficial
* Scheduling assignments and liaising with contractors
* Designing key documents, formatting and delivering the documents
* Preparing benchmarking statistics and draft report preparation
* Attending meetings/minute taking
* Organising small events: high-level client entertainment, business breakfasts etc
* Managing a busy diary
* Booking restaurants and opera/theatre tickets
* Preparing meetings – travel plans, document folders etc
* Managing finances: invoicing, expenses, VAT returns, liaison with the accountants, preparing annual tax return
* You will run ad-hoc analysis when required and deliver one-time insights over Excel or Power BI reports.
* You will work closely with the Head of BI - Reporting to drive the BI Roadmap and deliver projects to a high standard.
