Virtual Assistant/ Customer Support/ FB Ads expert

We are not just looking for a virtual assistant to just fill a job, this position is a stepping stone to join a cutting edge Vehicle Fleet Management/ Digital Marketing Agency and Media company. As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position for our team.

The Job will include written communication with customers in english via our messaging service. We will require prompt responses to guest bookings, questions and concerns. We will only need written correspondence for the first few weeks, but willingness to add phone support with guests in future is expected. Strong English grammar is the only “requirement” for this position, we can train you on everything else.

We would like someone who has some experience with Facebook ads and/or Social media marketing to help generate leads for new customers.

Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus but not requirement, willingness to learn is. Personal development and willingness to take on new tasks is highly praised. Willingness to work toward being the best version of yourself is required! Willingness to have fun is required!

Salary $198 - $297 (USD )

The position will start at five to 10 hours per week and will gradually increase to 30-40 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises based upon work performance.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting three to five candidates to hire for a test project. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring on to the team.

Qualities needed to be successful
Skills or something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are three qualities that we are looking for:

We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you're not excited about improving your skills and trying other writing outside of messaging customers; this is not for you.
