We are looking for an offshore recruiting specialist with significant experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed -
Project Responsibilities Include
Review competitor posts to get an overview of their ad content, requirements,
Editing our job description to increase job responses
Posting 2 job titles in multiple cities in Michigan and reposting them based on Indeed criteria for free ads to maximize exposure by moving to pages 1 or 2 as a new ad
Screen resumes for best fit based on our requirements
Scheduling initial interviews
Possible interviewing based on your experience interviewing US healthcare providers
