• RMM - NinjaONE
• Screen Sharing / Remote Access- NinjaONE and Connectwise Control
• Documentation tool - wiki
• Backup – Nakivo and Veeam
• Anti-virus – Deep Instinct and Microsoft Business Defender
Email Filtering tool - DNSFilter
• Password Manager – 1Password
• Routers we deploy – Peplink, Unifi, TP-Link, Cisco
• Switch we deploy – Unifi, HP, Huawei
• Firewalls - Palo Alto, pfSense
• Servers – HP, Dell, Lenovo
• OS – Microsoft, Apple
• Productivity – O365 – all Endpoint Management Tools within (Automation, Security, SSO. Etc)
• Virtualisation – VMware
• Wireless – Unifi, Meraki
• SD-Wan – Peplink, VeloCloud
• VoIP – 3CX
We require awareness and understanding to some of the above or similar…
Some exposure on some of Technologies like Routing protocols, VMware, Voice (SIP trunks), Storage, Azure AD. Is a Bonus
