The Administrative Assistant is an individual who HAS REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• CRM INPUT/ CLIENT MANAGEMENT
• Information management
• Contracts to closing paperwork management ( OFFER WRITEN / LISTING MANAGING / CLOSING COMPLIANCE )
• Customer/Vendor relations
• Property Management Experiences
• Lead Agent communications – daily • Agent Team – daily
• Team agent management / showing coordinator
Knowledge/Skills
KELLER WILLIAMS WORKING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Bookkeeping skills
• Great ability to focus
• Concerned about doing things the right way
• Calm under pressure
• Learning based
• Service-based attitude
• Proven ability to succeed
• 1–3 years of real estate service experience and management experience
• 3–5 years of administrative experience
