Position Overview

As a project manager, you will take the lead in planning and overseeing Focus On Force’s internal projects. You will work with our outstanding team of product managers, product owners, SMEs, development team and other internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and will be supported by our executive team to ensure we get to invest in your success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Focus on Force’s Projects Register
Plan and oversee internal projects as well as projects related to new certification products
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and propagate this culture to other teams you work closely with

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience as Project Manager
Proven track record of managing and successfully completing digital product-related projects
Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading the charge towards a common vision
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills

Nice to Have:
Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2, etc.)
Scrum Certification
Learning and development experience
