OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To continue creating category defining products, the
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and implement data-driven custom and standard
- List management including analysing list health and segmentation strategy.
- Thoroughly checking all
- Configure workflows and monitor marketing automation software.
- Writing, building and scheduling all one-off and automated
- Plan and manage the CRM calendar, implementing new ideas and ensure the calendar remains up to date with the latest information.
- Track and analyze results of campaigns, deliverability and
- Create A/B testing for
- Identify blind spots and opportunities in deliverability, messaging, and revenue.
- Communication of creative requirements for Creative Team as and when required.
- Analysing
- Support other digital marketing activities as and when required.
SKILL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years' experience and proven results in creating engaging
- Previous expertise working with US premium brands with highly competitive keywords required.
- Native or Fluent English written and verbal skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement.
- Experience with Shopify stores.
- Strong automation skills using Klaviyo.
- High level of attention to detail and structure.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, understand deadlines, and respond to work with urgency.
- Highly driven and ambitious, naturally collaborative who excels as part of a team.
- Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deeply analytical and highly proficient at Excel and other MS Office products.
- Adaptable, working well in a constantly changing environment.
