We're a growing Cosmetics company based in LA specializing in DIY Lash and Nail extensions.

Our CS team is growing and we need someone to stay on top of ticket quality and handling esp. during graveyard and weekend shifts to look into tickets and call out any misses as well as make sure ticket quality remains consistent in every interaction.

He/She will be coordinating directly with the managers and the CSRs to ensure everyone stays on point with how tickets or customers should be handled. Our goal is to ensure all our customers are attended to and cared for in a professional, timely and appropriate manner.

We're looking for someone who is/has:
- a great sense of value for quality and consistency
- an obsessive attention to detail
- a great initiative and resourcefulness in providing resolution/answers
- comfortable of giving feedback and imposing policies or needed action items
- a fast learner (since we need you to be serve as an expert of our products and processes)
- able to follow and execute task brief and/or instructions fast
- great communication skills both verbal and written
- amazing in handling other people and a team
- a team player
- Results and data-driven as well as goal-oriented
- amenable to work at night and during weekends but still have 2 consecutive days off
- can start as soon as needed
