JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
a. Partner closely with the leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring
recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing people
b. Partner with different teams to build strong candidate pipelines and guide them through the closing process
c. Collaborate with leaders to understand, define, and build talent profiles
d. Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to
partners
e. Collaborate with recruiting programs and infrastructure to broaden your impact across pipelines
f. Contribute to the growth of the company's recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and
serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
g. Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals,
research, and events
h. Focus on inclusive recruiting practices

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
a. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive
questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as
providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
b. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent
management, and employment law.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
a. 6+ years of technical or product recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting global teams
b. Proven strategic sourcer and closer
c. Ambassador, you represent yourself and the company with integrity and courtesy both internally and externally
d. Passionate about people, and the work that you do
e. Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
f. Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
