As a Data Mining Investigator / Outbound Prospector your essential role will begin when a property own can't be contracted through the provided telephone number. You'll be the one to research and deep prospect that potential lead looking for personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, etc. and working closely with probate deals. Then, you'll make the calls to those potential leads you find through your research! Each number you find that leads to closing results in great compensation.

Researching and investigating county records
Speaking with real estate home owners and able to understand their pain points, priorities, motivation, and why they would be selling their home
Conversating in English and comfortability cold calling
Data Entry and Organization
Collaborating with all members of the team
