External Telesales - Mortgage Leads

Reporting to the Manager Offshore operations, the New Business Sales Consultant will work closely with our Business Development Managers and Internal Brokers, to help current Home Owners in Australia find the perfect solution to their Mortgage Refinance requirements.
This is a newly created role with huge growth potential in the very near future !
Daily responsibilities: Prospecting and Marketing to clients by phone to engage them to see how we may assist their Refinancing requirements in line with monthly sales and conversion targets within designated KPI’s.
Essential qualifications, experience & skills: At least 2 years experience in Outbound Sales in BPO, preferably with Financial Organisations targeting the likes of Bank Loans, Mortgages ect - 2 Years experience in handling Australian Accounts preferred. Excellent Communication Skills are a must and ability to express oneself with ease and confidence. Proven Track Record required and a preference will be shown to candidates able to share Best Practises and show a Can-Do attitude.
Distinct advantage if candidates posses proven script templates.
Work Conditions: Must be amenable to work from home until further notice and able to work in Australian hours. Earliest Shift can be 6.00am.
Salary Package: Up to 30K Monthly Basic Salary plus 'Fantastic' Commission Structure Plus benefits.
