VA + Writer & Proofreader- WORK FROM HOME

We are a US based Recruitment firm, we currently employ a team of 14 amazing professionals from the Philippines- and we're growing!

We serve US based customers, so our team works US day shift hours, 8am-5pm normally.  

We need a person with a passion for writing (American English style) and proof-reading. 

Some of the responsibilities this individual will have are:
-Writing creative job ads to find niche talent in the US.
-Reading and proofing candidate endorsement emails (we call them “submittals” and it’s how we introduce candidates that we have recruited and interviewed to our clients.  So they must be very well written! (We have many examples and scripts)
-Revising Interview scripts (we have them, but they could be improved :) 
-Revising Candidate reach-out email messages (we have many, but they could be improved.

A few points about the pay and benefits here:

Compensation:
•    You will receive a starting salary of US $4.25per hour payable every Monday for 4 weeks from your hire date. 
•    After 4 weeks of successful training, your probationary period will end, and you will be eligible for a base pay increase . Payment is rendered each week via Upgrade to see actual info Transfer to your bank account.  

Benefits:
•    Holidays: You will be eligible for Company-paid holidays, paid per Philippine Law.
•    Birthday Pay: 8 hours extra pay on your birthday
•    13th Month Pay: Paid during 1st week of December, pro-rated.

We also do “Fun-Day Friday” once a month with our team where we play games and win $$ doing silly things, we have lots of company sponsored “Pizza days” when we’re doing Team trainings and we generally just have a phenomenal team of happy-hearted, extremely intelligent and hard working people.  We don’t allow any bad vibes, gossiping or negativity- we just absolutely have a strict standard of being genuinely kind and positive and upbeat.  No need for nonsense that would ruin the wonderful team culture we are so proud of.

Eligible After 6 months:
•    Health Benefits: Annual payout for healthcare coverage amounting to $400, payable to HMO Company for Comprehensive Coverage or Prepaid Healthcare Cards, whichever is available" or whichever is preferred
•    Paid Time Off (PTO): You will be eligible for three (3) weeks' vacation. Additional weeks of vacation will accrue per Company policy. Vacation time is prorated based on your official start date.
