JOB OVERVIEW

Celtic Knot Jewelry, the #1 Irish Jeweler in the US, is hiring an exceptional eCommerce Project Manager with a successful background in social media, marketing, advertising, and shopping trends.

This position is remote. With our performance bonuses, there is no earning cap on how much you can earn. The more profit your team generates, the bigger your bonuses Upgrade to see actual info’s as simple as that.

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate a proven track record of setting performance targets and collaborating with your team in achieving those targets, consistently

You will lead a team of copywriters, graphic artists, web developers, video editors, community managers (Social Media and Customer Support), media buyers, affiliate managers, list managers, and data analysts to manage organic and paid promotions for Celtic Knot Jewelry.

As Project Manager, it is your responsibility, Ensure Promotion Assets are on Schedule, Optimized, and Performing
• Your Team must clearly understand who does what by when.
• Manage Product Inventory Levels
• Shopify Discount Codes Active
Facebook Cover Photo or Video Updated
• Website Banners Updated
• Funnels (or landing pages) Live
• Organic Content is Scheduled on time
• Ad Content is Scheduled on time
Email & SMS Automations and Campaigns are approved and working.
• Recruit/Hire/Train talented people who improve the overall performance of the team
• Measure, adjust and adapt with performance to ensure the project is profitable and targets are achieved.
• Set and Achieve eCommerce Performance Targets with your team.
• Target Sales Value (Revenue)
• Target Advertising Budget
• Target # of Units sold
• Cost per Purchase
• Average order Value
• Return on Ad Spend
• Conversion Rate

**Team 1 - Content Team**

• Help the Content team set and understand their performance targets.
• Ensure Organic Content Schedule is on time

• Measure content performance with the content team
• Ensure Content Team hits their performance targets

**Team 2 - Email and SMS Team**
1x Email/SMS Agency
• Help the Email & SMS Team to set and understand their performance targets.
• approve and report on email and SMS campaign performance
• approve and report on email and SMS triggered automation
• Sync content schedule and promotions with the Content Team
• Measure Email and SMS performance with Email Agency
• Ensure email team hits their performance targets

**Team 3 - Monetization Team**

1x Google media buyer
1x TikTok media buyer
1x Affiliate manager
1x Phone sales manager
• Help monetization team set and understand their performance targets.
• Measure financial performance with media buyers
• Ensure paid ad content schedule is on time
• Weekly - New static image ads
• Weekly - New short video ads
• Weekly - New Google banners
• Weekly - New affiliate banners
• Weekly - Best performing organic content
• Ensure monetization team hits their performance targets

**Team 4 - Customer Experience Team**
• Community Managers (post comments, DMs, and chat)
• Invites all post reactions to like our page
• Immediately responds to every comment, tag, and share
• Sends DMs immediately after replying to comment
• Customer Support Channels: Tickets / Email / Chat / Phone / Social)
• 90% or Greater Customer Satisfaction Score
• Sales Team (Both Voice and Non-Voice Channels)
• Outbound Sales Call to Close Abandon Checkouts
• Outbound Sales Call for Order Verifications and Order Upsells
• Outreach on All Product Reviews
• Inbound Phone Sales
• US Based Warehouse and Fulfillment team
• Ensure customer experience team hits their performance targets

While expert insight into Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Affiliates Platforms, Influencer Platforms, Klaviyo for Email, or Attentive for SMS, is not specifically required. Knowing, however, how to navigate these platforms and hold an intelligent conversation with your teams is a must. You will need to understand how these systems work together to create and maintain a predictable eCommerce ecosystem for Celtic Knot Jewelry.
