Accountant or CFO Level for small winery

We are a small winery in New York who's books are a wreck. We are looking to bring in an accountant to help us consolidate the last 3 years worth of financials into proper record keeping. We are growing fast and need to get things in order as we move towards shifting from growth at any cost to profitability. We would like an experienced accountant or former CFO to grow with us. We plan on opening multiple locations over the next 5 years so there will be plenty of room for growth within our company.
