Purpose:
The primary function of the Recruiting Manager is to oversee all aspects of the candidate cycle.
We currently have one full time recruiter who is responsible for performing initial phone screens setting up interviews and reference checks. The Recruiting Manager role exists to create and place job postings and track and manage all of the various recruiting activity throughout the organization while making sure we are supporting our internal hiring managers within a reasonable cost and time frame.
We average 2-5 open roles per week and estimate the Recruiting Manager role will average 2-5 hours per week as our full time recruiter essentially does all of the screening.
We are typically hiring for:
Groundskeepers, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Leasing, Property Managers, Plumbers, Upgrade to see actual infosential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for helping with the full recruitment process from tracking open positions and candidates, analyzing our phone screens, identifying a skill match, interviewing in person, checking references and potentially closing with managers and candidates.
Identifying opportunities for Quarter over Quarter improvement.
Other Duties:
Participate in a weekly recruiting call.
Weekly reporting of the various open Upgrade to see actual infovelop and build a great recruiting process.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Prior experience working in a full cycle recruiting environment.
Experience overseeing multiple open positions with budget responsibility.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (continued):
Computer literacy sufficient to engage with our recruiting management system ApplicantPro and fluency with spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel/Google Docs, Microsoft Word/Google sheets).
Material and Equipment Directly used but not limited to:
