SUMMARY: It will be important to be able to speak fluent English and work during US hours for this position. Outcome oriented with experience in setting appointments is necessary. SalesLoft user is highly desirable.

Burnout in healthcare professionals is a critical issue that has significantly affected them in recent times. With the increased demands caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare professionals across the country are in great need of help with self-compassion.

Healing Breaths is a social start-up with a mission to create stress free healthcare. We believe it starts with helping healthcare professionals become stress free, who can in turn do the same for their communities. After completing our programs, they are empowered with powerful techniques, practical tools, and thriving support to reconnect to their purpose, care for themselves, their patients, their families and their communities.

YOUR ROLE: WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Drive high volume of outbound activities that include calls, emails, texts and/or LinkedIn using SalesLoft as your platform of action
Be the first point of contact for outbound inquiries from various channels such as calls, texts, emails and social media
Create a warm and professional first impression with healthcare leaders and professionals while building pipelines for the team
Follow up and qualify leads with high standards of professionalism
Stay organized using various tools and technologies
Notify team when you add them to the pipeline
Become proficient using sales tools like Bitrix, etc

YOUR GOALS: WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Set up at least 5 meetings per week with the leads and sales team
75 daily sales motions with at least 50 calls and more in emails + LinkedIn + texts
Nurture and convert leads into opportunities

FUTURE POSSIBILITIES: WHAT CAN THIS LEAD TO?

After a stable and predictable performance with an inspiration to take bigger roles, you can move to positions where you will present at meetings, and subsequently work with C-level leaders.

REQUIRED SKILLS: WHAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN?

A strong desire to help make a difference in the lives of others
Outcome focused and highly driven to achieve goals
Consistent track record in setting appointments with leads
Compassionate and empathetic to the the needs of our healthcare leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort in adapting to new technologies, tools & techniques in a fast paced start up
Creative, organized and methodical in handling a large volume of interactions


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Quota exceeding experience as a BDR is a plus
Experience using Salesloft or Outreach
Experience, education or familiarity in healthcare
Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of sales experience
Experience in competitive sports and athletes is a plus
