Head of Customer Service (Five Aces Media LLC)

What You'll Do:

Five Aces Media LLC specializes in creating and scaling ecommerce dropshipping brands, and we are currently looking for a Head of Customer Service. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a background in customers/client relations, is highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Our culture is one of facilitation, organizing, and creating clarity and Upgrade to see actual info this Role you will be primarily responsible for the following task(s):

- Answering and replying to customer emails for all order questions and concerns
- Relaying tracking information to customers upon request
- Taking care of return/refund requests and enforcing/explaining our policies to customers
- Following up with our logistics manager on lost/delayed orders

Our Expectations:

This is a part-time role that will start slow and steady in the beginning stages of our newest product launch. However with that said, the business will undergo a rapid expansion in the next 30-60 days, and because of that, we would expect you to be able to handle increased hours (and increased wages of course) as time goes on.

We are looking for someone who can fill this position, and is looking to grow alongside our team in the coming months. This means we would like to gradually increase your hours and wages over time, and also look to put you in charge of our customer service team as we continue to build it out. So while you can expect a much more hands on role in the beginning, we do intend to eventually have your position be one of managing a larger customer service team in the future.

What We're Looking For
• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Any Field
• 2+ years of Email Handling and Management Experience
• Excellent Proficiency in English language, primarily writing
• Prior experience in customer/client relations
• Self starter able to handle interactions with customers in an open, engaging, and creative way
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be detail oriented and display strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and passion for customer experience

Nice To Have Skills
• Basic Proficiencies with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Worked with an ecommerce/dropshipping brand before
• Familiarity with Inventory Operations
