JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
AiQ has several customers for who we provide SalesForce Sales and Service cloud strategy, solution design and platform set up. This includes Implementation as well as on going, post installation support. We are looking for a candidate who can manage the implementation of such services, liaise with the customer, and perform the technical tasks required to implement and maintain the Salesforce Account for specific clients.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with the customer to keep them updated on progress towards project timelines.
- Help develop an implementation project timeline and update as task are completed
- Design and implement the SFDC account configuration to meet the requirements of the business
- Support on post implementation management.
- Suggest Change requests that would help improve the overall performance


Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Implementation and support: minimum 2 year.
- Experience in Database programming (SQL, SAS, SPSS, ACCESS and etc.,)
- Experience in Web development languages: HTML, CSS, Java, Node JS.
- Experience in SalesForce apex and platform customization is desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM related technical terminologies/CRM IT background
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-starter, able to define direction for the area they are working on and work independently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication open and clients satisfied
- High accountability and able to work within assigned deadlines.
- Project management and team coordination experience.
- Bachelor degree in Computer science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Good conceptual of big data/ data scientist
