Customer Support & Fulfilment Lead

We’re looking for a new Support & Fulfilment Lead to join our Marketing Agency at Forever Booked. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and full of energy!

This Role Entails:

Completing Go High Level Account set ups using our SOP’s
Researching & editing short videos
Managing support tickets, and communicating with clients through email and text
Editing customer databases through excel spreadsheet
Completing tasks assigned through Asana, Slack, and Monday
Creating and improving SOP’s
Attending daily meeting to ensure we are meeting benchmarks
Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems

Role Requirements:

You are comfortable, and fast on computers
You have experience with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Monday, etc.
You have previous experience in customer service
You have near perfect written and spoken English
You’re a wizard with excel or google sheets
You are very organized, and an excellent multitasker
You are comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
You’re fun to be around over coffee or beer outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).

While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Canadian EST Time Zone (9 AM to 5 PM EST Toronto/New York Time).

The days for this position are Mon-Thurs , and Saturday. (Friday & Sunday Off)
