Accountant

Prepare and file all federal and multiple state payroll tax returns and forms that need to be filed for employer for new employees for hopefully a continuous increasing number of employers that each have mostly only 1, 2, or 3 employees. Also need to prepare all federal and state end of year payroll tax forms. Most will have not any federal income tax withholdings just state but all forms still must be filed. Will be filed usually on a monthly basis. Must have backup virtual assistants to step in if for any reason any day you are not available, also, for business growth. Need simple business summary for Schedule C necessary monthly and then at end of year but only one or two expenses and one source of income. You provide software or you can prepare returns manually file. If you are familiar with using bots to increase speed of entering information it will be necessary as business grows. Signing of confidentiality and covenant not to compete required.
