CPA for a US accounting Firm (100% Remote Work)

We are looking for Opportunistic Sr. Level CPA.

Extensive External Audit experience is a huge advantage

Benefits/Compensation
Salary Range: $1200 - $1750 (Depending on experience)
13th month pay
Overtime pay of 150%
Holiday Pay
Annual Appraisal
Laptop and 2 monitors will be provided


To qualify for the role, you must have
• At least 3-6 year external audit experience in a CPA firm.
• Experience within US GAAP is an advantage
• Active CPA License
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English



About the company:

We are a team of CPAs providing accounting and bookkeeping services to US Based companies in the process of transition from a US based private entity to a US based public held entity.

We provide the companies with the needed resources and technical expertise to prepare the US GAAP based financial statements required by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. We work with the companies to prepare the work papers required for the auditors to complete the audits. Once the companies are public, we continue to function as the company's external reporting department to complete the quarterly 10Q and the annual 10K. We also provide virtual bookkeeping services to individuals, entrepreneurs, startups and mature operating companies.

We are in a growth phase of our organization, so we are looking for opportunistic senior level CPAs. to help grow our organization. We currently have a team based in the Philippines and we are hoping to add an additional five teaUpgrade to see actual infombers this year (2022) and an additional ten teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in 2023.
