Toro Digital is a digital marketing agency in Australia that specialises in helping commercial law practices. Our clients range from small firms (2-3 people) to large national practices (700+).

Our clients are Australian-based (Melbourne), but we have a full-time team in Makati which we started a couple years ago.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organised professional capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks within teams across time zones.

PPC Specialist

We are in search of an SEM/SMM specialist. part-time, on-going contract

Our approach to paid search is on producing low-mid lead volume, but on quality leads. The lifetime value for our clients' customers is high. Therefore, our budgets are usually smaller than other niches - but are supported with very tight targeting and lead generating landing pages.

We are looking for someone to manage, optimise and report on the work you have done and the expected effect.

The break up of platforms we adopt is Google (50%), LinkedIn (40%) and Facebook (10%). The creative (copy, graphics and video) will always be provided - but always happy to get feedback if you think we need to improve something to help the campaign.

Besides Ad Management, you must be adept at setting up Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics - for the purpose of tracking conversions. You will have access to our team of developers.

Terms of work:

- Expect between 5-10 hours per fortnight of work.
- Set your own schedule - but may be required to attend the occasional call with our team to be briefed on the project or to provide a summary of the campaign’s progress
- Hourly rate, you will track time in our systems
- Hourly rate dependent on experience
- Deadlines are important - but you will have ample deadlines to complete the work.
