Here's the deal, I am looking to hire two VAs. So, what that means to you, is that you do NOT have to be an expert in every single piece of software or task.

You just need to be you.

SAMPLE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Communicating with Clients and TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers - MUST SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
-Maintaining our Zoho CRM
-Working within Zoho One suite of apps
-Responding to clients via website Chatbot
-Posting to Social Media (don't worry - we have designers to create the posts) - you just need to help write them and schedule them using Zoho Social.
-Web Research
-Managing and Answering emails
-Manage travel for employees
-Schedule/Reschedule meetings
-Answering Phone Calls
-Creating and Sending Invoices
- Create and understand sales funnels

SKILLS
-Experience working within the Zoho One suite apps (CRM, Campaigns, Sales IQ, Page Sense, Zoho Forms, Workdrive, etc)
-Experience working within Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, YouTube, Docs, Excel)
-Ability to speak and write English fluently
-Can meet deadlines
-Organize and keep me Organized :-)
-Ability to smile and have fun
-And ability to pick up and learn new tasks with a great attitude.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION
- This is a Full Time position
- Compensation will be $700 USD per month PLUS BONUSES
- Candidate should be available to work Central Standard Time, flexible

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following characteristics:
- You MUST have a High level of reliability (very important)
- You MUST have excellent problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
- You MUST be Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You MUST have experience with Shopify Development including work with multiple themes, apps, integrations.
- You MUST be able to work independently, and ask questions when needed
- You MUST have the ability to respond to design change requests within 24 hours
- You MUST have a positive attitude when dealing with the team and foster this attitude in other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- You MUST be committed to continually improving your skills and staying on top of industry trends.
