Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Computer literate;
Average communication skills;
Knowledge in detailed measurement take off;
Experience in Autocad, Bluebeam and Planswift is preferred
Background in reading blueprints of plans
Experience handling US clients
Ability to obtain accurate Quantity take-off for the following scope of works as per assignment
Willing to work in ofc based and on a night shift
Preferrably Cebu based candidates
