Acquisition Specialist

The Acquisition specialist will report to the Acquisition Manager. MakesUpgrade to see actual infocold calls per shift. Makes follow-up calls and establishes a connection with sellers. Will be negotiating purchases of real estate property with Upgrade to see actual infoets expectations for weekly goals set by Upgrade to see actual infomunicates potential deals to manager and/or appropriate party in leadership. Shift will be 5 hours per day. Shift starts at 1pm EST and is assigned by manager. Required to work weekends.
