Responsibilities
Maintain timely submissions of underwritten deals to real estate acquisition Upgrade to see actual infoe Propstream, Zillow, and Redfin to run comparables and establish property value.
Ensure that property fits company's buying Upgrade to see actual infotermine property ARV and profit spread for the Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with acquisitions team to find right offer for the seller and the company.
Understand the price at which the company will resell the property to maximize profitability
Qualifications
Great attention to detail, superior understanding of real estate values, and quick analysis skills are needed.
Excellent team work, interpersonal, and communication skills are required for this position.
Be more than comfortable with math and working with Upgrade to see actual infopensation
