Searching and Entering off market real estate deals

Hi everyone,
We are looking for an employee who understands the USA real estate market and the terms in which - Off-market, Property type, Multi-family, Single family, NOI, CAP, Income, Expenses, etc.
The role includes searching for data on off-market deals on social media, finding data on the contact person and entering them into the system.
The role includes goals, time-line, and working with a day-to-day manager.
