Real Estate VA with social media background

We are a Canadian-based company looking for a Real Estate VA with a social media background. We are looking for a qualified applicant who knows how to do lead generation, social media management, draft agreements, CRM management, and general real estate VA tasks. Real Estate VA experience is a MUST. If you don't have any experience yet please do not apply. We need someone who is consistent and not lazy and has excellent communication skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform lead generation, CRM management, calendar and email management for clients’ day-to-day activities.
-General Real Estate Admin Tasks
- Manage the client's data sheet and organize daily tasks
- Social media management: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and all social media services
- Create flyers, promotional campaigns, and events
- draft agreements
-MLS support
- book and confirm showings
