JOB OVERVIEW

Hello All. My e-commerce business selling pet supplies is selling extremely well in the U.S., so I'm looking to take it international, which is primarily Europe and Japan. I want someone who can follow a course I will order and set up the logistics for getting my products into these markets and helping with the shipping, listing translation, finding native speaking customer service agents, researching tax requirements, etc... Most of the work will be focused initially on Amazon and then moving my Shopify account international also. I need to know which product review groups to use in these countries, how to get proper translations that focus on the correct key words, and which organizations to hire customer service representatives from.

I expect the applicant to speak and write English extremely well, but you will need to research and interview applicants from these countries that can provide translation services and customer service. This is a project management job and the application must be able to work without direction at times. I'm looking for a self-starter that can think and act independently at times. I am busy with another business and I want someone who can really manage the business and aggressively expand it on my behalf. I will provide bonuses based on performance and sales also. The applicant will undergo a training course that will probably take a week and will be paid for that time also.

Eventually, the applicant will be expected to run the day-to-day business operations and coordination of products, ads, vendor management, etc... I will still be hiring vendors for designs and product development, but the applicant should be able to manage the deliverables from these vendors. Thanks!
