Looking For An Expert Desktop Application Developer Or Cloud Software Developer Who Can Clone Or Recreate Software

Hello,
We are looking for an expert desktop application developer who is very good at cloning a piece of software or can recreate a piece of software for in house use. Must be very familiar with recreating software, having it run lean, and not demand an exponential amount of memory to run. Software can be created to run cloud based or desktop, but we actually prefer cloud based. Must be familiar with integrating Google API & Google Maps.
