We are looking for someone who has an experience of the following tasks:

RESEARCH AND CREATIVE WRITING

RESEARCH AND CREATIVE WRITING - WITH TRAINING BACKGROUND
Understand objective from the client of the training - then design a training material 
Create Creative and interactive activities to support learning obejctives 
Create ice-breakers
Create ideas for handouts
Create/curate content for manuals
Creative wiritng ability to write to the target audience and make sure it is captivating
Design Sessions plan to meet that objective
Full Handover of content
Proofread- check the content once it has been desigend
Research and conceptualise how it can be done to simplify the training concepts
Virtual and face to face activities
Work with designer to explain the design concept and how they should create the activities
Write notes under each slide explaining the concept
