Preferably with Amazon, eBay and Shopify store management experience.
As an E-commerce General Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
Supply chain and logistics:
- online store/inventory management,
- order processing, invoicing and fulfillment
Customer services:
- customer service feedback management,
- serves as a backup for Customer service and POC
Online research tasks:
- general web search on a given topic,
- market/product research,
- pricing research and comparison
- lead scraping
Organization and Administrative:
- scheduling appointments
- data entry
- file storage and organization
- preparing online meeting minutes
- creating various document templates and forms
- address tea
Bookkeeping:
- invoicing
- perform basic bookkeeping using Quickbooks
Requirements
- Fluent in writing and communicating in the English language
- Successful track record as a virtual assistant or relevant role
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and task management apps
- Experience with Google Apps
- Experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon and eBay or similar
- Excellent phone,
- Takes ownership, problem solves and demonstrates a high level of accountability.
