Ad Specialist and Copywriter

Ads Specialist & Copywriter:
Guardian Education Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist that has extensive knowledge of creating and running PPC ads on Google, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn is preferred but not required. If working remotely from home, a reliable internet connection is mandatory.

As an Ads Specialist/Copywriter, daily responsibilities would include:
• Creating advertisements, Running A/B testing, and modifying ads based on results
• Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
• Setting up Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to track ad performance
• Setting up conversion events on Tag Manager
• Organizing the Google Analytics dashboard to filter the right metrics

Required Technical Skills and Experience
To qualify for the position, you will need:
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Expert knowledge of Google AdWords
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sellics)

Soft Skills
We work in a fast-paced industry. So, it is important that the candidate be:
• Excellent data and analytical analysis abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills


Basic Skills
In addition to having excellent English skills, the candidate should be at least familiar with most of the applications listed below If unfamiliar, training can be provided:
• Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar
• Communications apps like Skype, Slack, etc.
• Project Management Software (ClickUp)
