JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are an Upwork agency looking to hire multiple ADP Workforce Now Analyst Specialist positions to work directly with US based clients who need help optimizing WFN.

MUST HAVE 2+ years of ADP WORKFORCE NOW EXPERIENCE !

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

ADP WorkForce Now specialist. Experience must include;

Security -
Engaged in Federated Single-Sign-On for employees to access database using company assigned User ID and Upgrade to see actual infoveloped IP Restriction/Geo Fencing workarounds to accommodate clients request.
Assisted and troubleshot employee enrollments.

Reporting -
Created custom client reports entailing all modules of the Upgrade to see actual infotup reports for automatic scheduling and Upgrade to see actual infosigned 3rd party manual imports.
Assisted with Data Bridge (connector) to extract and import company/employee level data into Workforce Now automatically.

HRIS -
Employee data entry and verification.
3rd party FTP setups for benefits.
Process of Salary Grades, FTE’s and Job Classes, including Workers Comp.
Leave of absence process and configuration.
Benefit enrollments and contributions (EE/ER).
Worker Comp reports and validation.
Knowledge of recruitment, enrollments and employee recognition programs.

Workflow -
Created user membership rules and access profiles to enable database Upgrade to see actual infotup hierarchal based functionalities for timecard/time off additional approvers, 2nd supervisors.
Implemented custom labor charge fields to flow from time & attendance to the general ledger.

Payroll -
Setup and process of direct deposits, tax withholdings, pay statements, garnishments.
Assisted with setup of validation tables, deductions, pay codes and employee rates.
Mapped pay codes.
Trained clients to import/export pay data batches, submit payroll preview, which reports will assist them best upon reviewing the preview.
Able to setup local/state/municipal tax brackets.
Special calculations of a pay code or employee Upgrade to see actual infotup and functionality of earning/deduction/memo codes.
Creation of reverse pay code setups including mileage reimbursement,
Able to setup bonus calculations, FLSA OT rules and calculations, general ledger mapping/balancing.
Configuration of accumulator plans.

Time & Attendance -
Implemented time off policies in accordance to company Upgrade to see actual infotup pay classes, pay codes, holiday configurations.
Managed time & attendance employee Upgrade to see actual infostilled attendance infraction programs to reduce employee turnaround.
Trained employees on use and access of system.
Configuration of time entries, special calculations of pay codes, shift differentials, accruals, balances.
Prevent errors prior to processing pay data Upgrade to see actual infodit -
Testing and data validation of all Upgrade to see actual infodit employee records and system Upgrade to see actual infoernance of Federal/State/Local Laws.
Other

Consistently thinks outside-of-the-box to create fundamental Upgrade to see actual infopletes deadlines in a professional timely manner.
Provides continuous support and encouragement to client during and after hours.
Project leadership from end-to-end.
