Auto Warranty Quoting Website and API Integration

I am seeking a developer to work with an existing API for which we have existing PHP classes already tested and fully functional. The project will consist of developing functions for the collection of form information required to start the quote, posting the information back to our quoting platform (classes already completed) creating a page for the display of quotes and allowing user interaction such as comparing quotes, saving quotes and filtering quotes based on specific pre-determined filer criteria. We have an HTML 5 template created that has all css, js and whatnot that can be utilized. Developer can code the php to integrate into the theme or integrate the theme into another framework such as laravel or symphony. We have example sites that do exactly what we are looking for and the PHP classes and functions are already written base of the WSDL of the .NET API using WSDL to PHP script.
