Finance Manager

Classify the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) in proper categories
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Reconcile Merchant Processing accounts and bank accounts with Quickbooks
Manage the Quickbooks account along with the monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
Maintains accounting system.
Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
Prepares financial forecasts.
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.

Tradeknology is a Direct Sales company in the U.S. with monthly subscriptions, multiple bank accounts, and commission accounts.

CPA preferred or 5-years of accounting and booking experience.

MLM experience is a plus.

This role is of 20 hours minimum.
