Cross Platform Mobile App Developer

Looking for a talented Cross Platform Mobile App Developer who can built an app for one of our clients based on an Adobe XD.

The mobile app should communicate with our custom REST API and consists of the following part (description is vage due to NDA):

- Register User / edits account details
- Fetch data from API based on customer token
- Present some options for this data
- Internal messaging in the app
- Notifications

Requirements:
- Freelancer (no agency)
- Project is white label and until release under NDA
- Extensive knowledge on creating and submitting apps
- Security first, this is a high requirement
- Experience with REST API
