HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Researching the user and continuously seeking to find the best solutions for them.
• Creating attractive designs that will help our landing pages and websites to have a better conversion rate.
• Optimizing sites and landing pages so they can be viewed on all devices properly, in all its glory, and be intuitive for the customer to use.
• Take ownership of the projects that you are working on. This means that you will take precedence in tapping/coordinating with the necessary people who'll be involved in the project and collaborating together with them to achieve the outcomes.
• Doing CRO tests along with the developers to experiment with new ideas.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

• You will have prior experience in working and coordinating well with a team of creatives as a graphic designer/interactive designer.
• (Ideally) You have coded websites and/or mobile apps in the past, and have some knowledge of coding using HTML, CSS, jQuery, & a bit of PHP.
• You’re up to speed with the latest trends in UI design, have insights into customer behavior, and understand customer psychology.
• You have some knowledge of graphic design and can-do basic photo manipulations & graphic design without a problem in case there are changes to be made in the site images.
• You’re a great verbal and written communicator (Part of your responsibilities will be communicating with the client to give them updates and a rundown of the designs you have created and be the go-to person for questions and advice in UI/UX).
• Already have a portfolio displaying the techniques & skills we are looking for.
